Nifty Tata Group 25% Cap: NSE to Introduce New Indices in Capital Market and F&O From 8 April.

NSE The National Stock Exchange has announced that it is going to launch four new indices that will allow for cash market and F&O segment. Which will be launched on April 8, 2024. Among the newly launched indices, one index belongs to Tata Group which is a corporate indices whose name is Nifty Tata Group 25% Cap.

Nifty Tata Group 25% Cap is a corporate index which aims to reflect a specific corporate group. NSE launches new indices after checking many parameters and even not many indices have all trading segment available like future & option trading.

NSE has a total of around 95 indices out of which futures and option trading are available in indices like Nifty 50, Bank Nifty, Nifty Midcap etc. Four new indices are now going to be included in it, one of which is Nifty Tata Group 25% Cap.

NSE is the new four index launch function out of which people\’s eyes will be more on Tata group indices Nifty Tata Group 25% Cap. This indices base date 1 April 2005 with a base value of ₹1000.

There are a total 10 companies in the Nifty Tata Group 25% Cap, which are decided by free float market capitalization method. At the time of Rebalancing of Shares/ Changes in Index Constituents/ Changes in Investable Weighting Factors (IWF), Index Constituent Weightage (where applicable) is capped at 25%.
